www.rocioegio.com presents professional illustration and design services. The former online shop is closed and this website no longer accepts new shop orders. Current courses, coaching, mentoring and community information are presented through Bloomers’ Club.

Commissioning studio work

A project is governed by the proposal and agreement accepted by the client. The scope, fees, currency, applicable taxes, payment schedule, timetable, revisions, deliverables, cancellation arrangements and permitted uses of the work must be specified in that agreement before the project is contracted. Browsing this website or making an enquiry does not itself create a paid contract or transfer intellectual property rights.

Earlier shop orders and course enrolments

The closure of the shop and relocation of the school do not cancel existing obligations or change the conditions accepted at the time of an earlier purchase or enrolment. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected. For an existing order, return, refund, course access or a copy of the terms applicable to your transaction, contact hola@rocioegio.com and provide the relevant order or enrolment reference. Please do not send payment card details.

Former shop shipping and returns information describes previous sales only; it is not an invitation to place a new order. Any new service offered through Bloomers’ Club will have the information and conditions applicable to that offer.
