Corn gratin

¡Hola amigos!

Do you remember the TikTok hit “It’s corn”? Well, I’m still loving it.

Ingredients:

Cooked sweet corn - 500 g

Bacon - 150 g

Fresh cream -20 cl

Gruyère cheese - 120 g

Eggs - 2

Butter - for the oven pan

Pepper - to taste

Salt - to taste

Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

2. Grate the cheese.

3. Fry the bacon in a pan until it begins to brown and dice it.

4. Beat together 50 g of corn, the fresh cream and the eggs with salt and pepper to taste.

5. Add the bacon, the remaining corn and 90 g of cheese to the mixture, and combine it all together. 

6. Butter an oven pan, pour the mixture and sprinkle it with the remaining cheese.

7. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until it’s golden and crispy.
